Our vision is for every believer on earth to discover and fulfill their God-given destiny and calling, and be activated for ministry, using their gifts according to their design. We want every church to become a “Destiny Incubator” to make disciples who impact the world.

THE PROBLEM

1 Cor 12 says every member of the body has a purpose. But many churches have become spectator events. It’s estimated only 20% of church members are actively serving. People don’t know what their calling is, don’t know how to fulfill it, or are not given an opportunity to do so. This has to change! 

THE SOLUTION

We’ve created an easy-to-use, biblically-based online tool that helps people discover their calling AND create a plan to fulfill it. It’s a ministry-activator, called the Journey Guide, and it’s the most powerful and comprehensive tool for discipleship and spiritual development of its kind. 

IT COVERS THE ENTIRE DEVELOPMENTAL PROCESS 

There are a lot of pieces out there: spiritual gift tests, discipleship plans, personality assessments, vision statements, character building teachings, ministry planners, team building exercises, mentoring plans, goal setting apps, etc. But this is unique – it has ALL of that and more… It’s a complete framework for discipleship, and personal and spiritual development.

OUR HISTORY

Michael Brodeur created the first paper version of Destiny Finder in the 80s while pastoring the church he planted in San Francisco, activating hundreds of people for ministry. We launched the online version of DestinyFinder.com in 2011, and since then it’s been used by over 140,000 people in over 1,000 churches around the world. We also operate PastorsCoach.com, packed with training resources for pastors and leaders.
