Profiler

  • Ministry Gift Assessment: Discover the primary way you function, especially in ministry, based on Ephesians 4:11.
  • Motivational Gift Assessment: Explore how you operate in the motivational gifts of Romans 12.
  • Manifestation Gift Assessment: Clarify how you move in the manifestation gifts of 1 Corinthians 12.
  • Passion Assessment: Identify the people whom God has called you to impact, your organizational preference, leadership style, what drives you, and more.
  • Delight Assessment: Identify where your gifts match your passions.
  • God’s Direction Journal: Record your biblical heroes, key Bible verses, guidance from friends and leaders, insights from prayer, spiritual experiences and more.
  • My Dream Statement: Then you put it all together and define your dream; what’s in your heart to do for the Lord. That’s your calling.

Mapper

  • Ministry Development: You’ll clarify your vision and mission, do research, and determine what you need for your ministry (training, finances, etc) and set ministry goals.
  • Personal Development: You’ll do the Personal Growth Assessment, identify issues that may become roadblocks, and set growth goals to address the issues.
  • Team Development: You’ll do the Team Assessment to determine who you need on this journey (spouse, leaders, mentors, etc.) and set team goals.

Tracker

  • Manage your goals and stay on track to make real progress.
